b. Press 2 to enter another SSN.
c. Press 3 to enter you FAX number. (Enter the fax number using the following format, xxx-xxx-xxxx)

Press 2, to enter into the claim status section of the Auto Administrator.

B. Enter the 9-digit Tax Identification Number (TIN) of the provider.
C. Enter the 9-digit Social Security Number of the participant.
D. Enter the date of birth of the patient. (Includes covered participants, spouses, or dependents.)
